The books were pretty emotionally intense. I bought into both the ships, so I guess I didn't mind which way the author went. But yeah, I loved that the story wasn't about the ships, it was all about Katniss.
(I didn't mind the camerawork too much, actually! It kind of made me feel like I was in her head.)
