Vid recs
The War Was in Color by Settiai
This has probably been recced everywhere already, but it's still amazing. For me, a great vid starts with a great song, and this one is a moving meditation on war and history and memory, and it fits Steve so well. Gorgeous and heartbreaking and ultimately hopeful.
Carry On by Settiai
Steve and Bucky and having to carry on afterwards. Oh, Steve.
Fic recs
Post-CA:TWS - Steve/Bucky oblivious pining
But We Can Try by hetrez
This fic broke my heart into itty bitty pieces, and patched it back up again. This is a somewhat unusual take that I love, with a Steve who isn't coping too well, and a Bucky who is trying to be his own person, and the two of them navigating the future and friendships and each other. And Steve draws Bucky a lot, and tries to put into those drawings what he can't put into words.
Learn How To Bend by nerdwegian

Post-CA:TWS - Steve/Bucky flirting
Let's Fall in Love by Desdemon
Bucky demonstrates on Steve how he flirts with dames. Steve finds it more persuasive than he should.

You Would Never Call Me Baby (If You Knew Me Truly) by th_esaurus
