Remembering

I was so stressed out trying to get things done today, I'd entirely forgotten what the date was. I only remembered when I walked past a poster in the city.

A year ago today, I wouldn't have been able to stop thinking about it.

How strange.

Its probably because the shock factor has worn off already.

I think I barely flinched because the whole incident was quite sureal, and then I switched off because of the massive media machine at work.

Nothing quite like non-stop repeats of coverage of a terrorist strike to put you off of TV for a while.
