Heroes 2x07 'Out of Time'

meteordustI'm sure there is some kind of witty remark I could make about the title, but I will restrain myself.
The good:
* Hiro returning to the present!
* Caitlin being stuck in the future!
* Angela Petrelli still being awesome! (But oh noes, Nathan is one of the first victims of the Shanti virus! Just like in 'Five Years Gone', you can tell it's the bad future because Nathan isn't in it. Your new mission, Peter! Save the congressman, save the world!)
* Matt using his powers to undo the damage that his father did with his powers. Nice, very nice.
* Nathan being the smart guy, asking the right questions, and having the courage to face Niki and talk her down.
* Niki having the strength and will to stab herself with the syringe instead of hurting someone else.
* Takezo Kensei being Adam Monroe. Not a huge surprise, but a pretty interesting development nonetheless.
The bad:
* Mohinder confessing to Bob that he's been working with Mr Bennet to bring down the Company. Is there no limit to this man's stupidity? (And now his magic antibodies have stopped working. What use does he serve now?)
* More blatant fanservice as a naked Peter is hosed down in decontamination. Tim Kring, you are shameless.
The ugly:
* I'm not even going to talk about West.
The good:
